Fixing Kalan's Edict without weird tricks

Kalan's Edict is a good example of power trapped behind clunky triggers. People do goofy stuff to keep it rolling, like dropping Bone Prison and instantly canceling it, purely to force minion deaths. That's not buildcraft, it's fighting the interface. If Bone Spirit's explosion counted like a minion death, the passive could stay active in a way that feels earned and natural. Cast, detonate, keep momentum. Suddenly you're not hunting for artificial triggers; you're playing the fight.

What the build could look like in practice

If Bone Spirit becomes the centerpiece, I could see players ditching the Golem to keep the screen readable and the damage focused on warriors and mages. Army of the Dead would land better too, less like a panic button and more like a planned spike when your spirit connects and everything collapses into the same target. Paragon still needs help for dedicated summoners, sure, but the core feel matters first. If that loop clicked, a lot more people would stick with minions, experiment more, and actually care about optimising their setup when they buy Diablo 4 Items for the next push.
