What happens if there’s a dispute?

    While disputes are rare, MPC offers full mediation services if needed.

    If an issue arises:

    • Submit a dispute request directly from the trade messaging thread.

    • Provide evidence (photos, shipment tracking, communication records) to support your claim.

    • Our mediation team will review all information impartially and work toward a fair resolution.
      If a party is found to be acting unfairly or fraudulently, consequences can range from withheld deposits to account restrictions or permanent suspension.
